Inclusion Liberation

I've always had a hard time with "movements" that have been all about *fairness*. It's never enough to include formerly excluded persons of one type or another. That's the advantage that Malcolm X has over Martin Luther King, Jr., and the advantage Angela Davis has over, um, Hilary Rodham Clinton. Thus Inclusion Liberation has been about making room for them in the world as it stands—or at most to influence it in subtle ways. The point is to witness its subversion.
